The PARKER P3YCB96SECNFLNF is a heavy-duty, 3-piece filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) combination unit designed to condition compressed air at the point of use in pneumatic systems. It integrates air filtration down to 5 microns, pressure regulation, and downstream lubrication into a single modular assembly. Rated for a maximum supply pressure of 254 psi and a flow capacity of 170 SCFM, this unit is suited for demanding industrial and commercial pneumatic circuits. It ships with a pressure gauge, sight glass, bowl guard, and mounting brackets included. Licensed HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance professionals are the typical installers.
This FRL unit is built for compressed air service in industrial plants, commercial facilities, and heavy-duty pneumatic tool circuits where air quality and consistent downstream pressure are critical. The 3/4 NPT port size accommodates high-flow main supply lines. The modular connection design allows integration with other P3Y series components. The polypropylene filter bowl has a 4.4 oz capacity, and the lubricator bowl holds 16.90 oz. The manual drain lets technicians purge condensate on a scheduled basis without interrupting system operation.
Designed as an OEM-style component for compressed air systems requiring 3/4 NPT connections and is part of the PARKER P3Y series modular FRL product family, supporting modular combination with other P3Y series filter, regulator, and lubricator units.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, industrial maintenance technician, or pneumatic systems professional. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply line before installation or servicing. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl oriented downward to ensure proper condensate collection and drain function. Check all NPT threaded connections for proper thread engagement and leak-free seating before returning the system to operating pressure.
