The PARKER P3YCA98SECNFLNF is a heavy-duty, 2-piece FRL (Filter/Regulator/Lubricator) combination unit designed for compressed air treatment in industrial pneumatic systems. It integrates filtration, pressure regulation, and lubrication into a single modular assembly, delivering up to 340 SCFM at a maximum supply pressure of 254 psi. The unit features a 5-micron filter element, a polypropylene bowl with integrated bowl guard, and a manual drain. It is built around an aluminum body and ships ready to mount with brackets included. Licensed technicians and industrial maintenance professionals install this unit inline on compressed air supply lines feeding pneumatic tools, actuators, and control equipment.
This FRL combination unit is suited for heavy-duty industrial and commercial pneumatic applications where consistent air quality, regulated pressure, and lubrication are required at the point of use. The 1-inch NPT end connections accommodate high-flow systems, making it appropriate for production lines, machine tools, assembly equipment, and large pneumatic control panels. The modular design allows integration with other P3Y series components for expanded air preparation configurations. Operating temperature range spans -40 degrees F to 140 degrees F, supporting use in cold storage environments as well as standard shop and plant conditions.
Designed as an OEM-style heavy-duty FRL unit within the Parker P3Y series, compatible with standard 1-inch NPT compressed air supply lines and modular with other P3Y series air preparation components.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or pipefitter. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply line before mounting or servicing this unit. The 1-inch NPT connections require appropriate thread sealant and should be torqued per standard pipefitting practice for the line pressure involved. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl facing downward to allow condensate to collect at the drain; verify the manual drain valve operation after installation before returning the system to service.
