The PARKER P3NRA96BNN is a heavy-duty compressed air regulator designed to control downstream pressure in industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Built from aluminum, it accepts a 3/4 inch NPT connection and handles a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi, with an adjustable output range of 2 to 125 psi. At full flow, it passes up to 200 CFM, making it suitable for high-demand air circuits. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure when the set point is exceeded. Licensed contractors and industrial maintenance technicians install this type of regulator as part of compressed air distribution and point-of-use pneumatic systems.
The P3NRA96BNN is suited for industrial facilities, manufacturing lines, and commercial pneumatic applications where stable regulated pressure is required at high flow rates. Its modular connection design supports inline installation within P3NR series filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies. The minimum operating temperature is 32 degrees F, making it appropriate for indoor mechanical rooms and conditioned utility spaces. A 1/4 inch gauge port is included for downstream pressure monitoring when a gauge is added separately.
Designed for use within the PARKER P3NR series and compatible with standard 3/4 inch NPT compressed air distribution systems. Modular connection design allows integration into P3NR series filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or industrial maintenance technician. Isolate and depressurize the air line completely before removing or installing any regulator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service to NPT fittings and tighten per standard practice. Verify downstream pressure with a calibrated gauge after commissioning and before returning the system to service.
