The PARKER P3NLA9PLSN is a heavy-duty mist lubricator designed to deliver controlled oil mist to pneumatic tools, cylinders, valves, and other compressed air-powered equipment. Part of the P3NL series, this unit features a 1-1/2 inch NPT port and handles airflow up to 260 CFM, making it well suited for high-demand industrial and commercial compressed air systems. The zinc body and metal bowl construction provide durability in demanding shop and plant environments. A built-in sight glass allows technicians to monitor oil flow without interrupting system operation. Nitrile seals offer reliable performance across a range of compatible lubricants. Licensed HVAC and mechanical contractors, industrial maintenance technicians, and pipefitters install this type of component as part of compressed air treatment trains.
The P3NLA9PLSN is intended for use in compressed air distribution systems where downstream pneumatic equipment requires continuous lubrication. Its 260 CFM flow capacity supports high-volume applications in manufacturing facilities, maintenance shops, and large commercial mechanical rooms. The modular connection design allows integration into Parker filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assemblies for compact inline air preparation. This lubricator is appropriate for systems where consistent mist delivery is required to extend the service life of pneumatic components operating at or above 32 degrees F.
Designed for use in industrial compressed air systems as part of the Parker P3NL series. Modular connection allows pairing with compatible Parker filter and regulator bodies in FRL configurations.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanical technician or pipefitter. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air system before installing or servicing the lubricator. Use thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service on all NPT connections and torque to fitting manufacturer recommendations. Verify oil level and flow rate setting after pressurizing the system before returning downstream equipment to service.
