The PARKER P2LDX594EEHDDN is a double solenoid, 2-position directional control valve with a 1/2-inch port size, designed for pneumatic or fluid control systems in industrial and commercial applications. The valve ships without solenoid coils, which must be sourced and installed separately. In its unactuated state, flow passes normally open through ports 1 and 2. The aluminum body keeps weight low at 0.79 pounds, and the Buna-N seals provide reliable resistance to common hydraulic fluids and pneumatic media. This is a valveless-coil design, meaning the coils are ordered independently to match the voltage and connector requirements of the target system.
This valve is suited for pneumatic automation circuits, fluid power panels, and directional control assemblies in commercial HVAC, industrial process, and mechanical systems. It is typically installed by instrumentation technicians, pipefitters, or mechanical contractors working with directional control manifolds or inline flow circuits. With a minimum working pressure of 22 psi and a maximum operating temperature of 158 degrees F, it fits a broad range of light industrial service conditions. The Cv factor of 2.7 makes it appropriate for moderate flow-rate applications.
Designed as an OEM-style directional control valve for pneumatic and fluid power systems requiring a 2-position, double solenoid, valveless-coil configuration with a 1/2-inch port. Solenoid coils are not included and must be specified separately for the target voltage and connector type.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, instrumentation technician, or mechanical contractor. Depressurize the system and isolate all fluid or pneumatic supply before removing the existing valve or installing this unit. Verify coil voltage and connector compatibility before ordering solenoid coils separately, as this valve ships without them. Follow applicable local mechanical codes and the manufacturer coil installation instructions when wiring the solenoid circuit.
