The PARKER MBA5M30 is a thermally bonded meltblown polypropylene filter cartridge rated at 5 microns, designed to remove sediment, particulate, and dirt from liquid process streams. At 30 inches in length with a 2.5-inch outside diameter, it fits standard large-format filter housings used in commercial and industrial water treatment, plumbing pre-filtration, and point-of-entry systems. The all-polypropylene construction — body, core, and media — makes it compatible with a wide range of liquids and suitable for service up to 180 degrees F. Licensed plumbers, water treatment technicians, and facilities maintenance professionals are the primary installers.

The MBA5M30 is well suited for sediment pre-filtration upstream of softeners, RO membranes, UV systems, and other water treatment equipment in both light commercial and industrial applications.
