The PARKER LFPP6VUC6 is a full port, bi-directional manual ball valve designed for push-to-connect plumbing installations. It features a union connector body that allows the valve to be removed from the line without disturbing the tubing on either side. The polypropylene body with EPDM seals supports a maximum working pressure of 150 psi (10 bar), making it suitable for low-pressure fluid control applications. The wedge-style handle provides a firm grip for quick open and close operation. It is rated to NSF-51 and NSF-61 standards, confirming suitability for potable water and food equipment contact surfaces.
This valve is used in residential and light commercial plumbing systems where push-to-connect fittings are the preferred connection method. Typical applications include water filtration systems, reverse osmosis installations, ice maker supply lines, and other point-of-use water systems. The union connector design is especially useful in tight installations where future serviceability matters. The full port configuration minimizes flow restriction through the valve body.
Designed for use with 3/8-inch outside diameter tubing in push-to-connect plumbing systems. Rated for applications operating at or below 150 psi and 10 bar. Complies with California Proposition 65, FDA, NSF-51, and NSF-61 requirements.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified water treatment technicians. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before installing or removing the valve. Ensure tubing ends are cut cleanly and squarely before insertion into the push-to-connect fittings to achieve a proper seal. Verify that the installation complies with applicable local plumbing codes and NSF requirements for potable water systems.
