The PARKER LFPP6VME8 is a male elbow, bi-directional, full-port manual ball valve designed for 1/2-inch pipe connections. It features an MNPT x Push-To-Connect end configuration, making it suitable for quick-connect plumbing assemblies without sacrificing flow capacity. The polypropylene body keeps the valve lightweight and corrosion-resistant, while EPDM seals provide reliable shutoff across a broad range of compatible fluid media. Rated to 150 psi and 10 bar maximum working pressure, this valve is appropriate for potable water, irrigation, and light-duty fluid-control applications. A wedge-style handle allows for positive open/closed indication. Licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians are the primary installers.
This valve is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing systems where a compact elbow-style shutoff is needed at a 1/2-inch line. The push-to-connect outlet simplifies installation in tight spaces or retrofit scenarios where soldering or threaded fittings on both ends are impractical. The full-port design maintains full line flow with minimal pressure drop, which is important in systems where flow rate is a design factor. Compatible tube outside diameter at the push-to-connect end is 3/8 inch.

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Apply thread sealant tape to the MNPT threads per standard practice; do not over-tighten, as polypropylene bodies can crack under excessive torque. Confirm the push-to-connect tube is fully seated and the locking ring is engaged before restoring pressure.
