The PARKER LFPP6VME6 is a male elbow, bi-directional manual ball valve designed for plumbing and fluid-control applications requiring a compact, angled configuration. Built with a polypropylene body and EPDM seals, this full-port valve delivers a maximum working pressure of 150 psi (10 bar). The wedge handle allows for quick quarter-turn shutoff, and the MNPT x Push-To-Connect end configuration simplifies installation without additional fittings. It is sized for 3/8 inch pipe and accepts 3/8 inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect end. Plumbers and water-treatment technicians are the primary installers for this type of valve.
This valve suits residential and light commercial water systems, water filtration setups, and fluid-distribution lines where an inline elbow configuration saves space or routes piping around obstructions. The push-to-connect end allows for tool-free tube insertion while the MNPT threaded end connects directly to standard male NPT fittings or ports. The bi-directional design means flow can enter from either port without affecting shutoff performance, adding flexibility during installation and system changes.
Designed for use with 3/8 inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect port and 3/8 inch MNPT threaded connections. Suitable for potable water systems meeting NSF-51 and NSF-61 requirements.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and any applicable local codes. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the line before connecting or disconnecting the valve. On the push-to-connect end, ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and inserted fully until it seats. Do not exceed the rated working pressure of 150 psi or apply heat to the polypropylene body during installation.
