The PARKER LFPP6VMC4 is a full-port, bi-directional manual ball valve designed for inline shut-off and flow control in fluid-handling systems. It features a male connector configuration with MNPT x Push-To-Connect end connections, accepting 3/8-inch outside diameter tubing on the push-to-connect side and a 1/4-inch male NPT thread on the other. The polypropylene body and EPDM seals make it well-suited for water and compatible fluid applications. A wedge-style handle provides positive open and closed indication. Maximum working pressure is 150 psi (10 bar). Plumbers, water treatment technicians, and mechanical contractors typically install this valve.
This valve is intended for residential and light commercial plumbing, water treatment, filtration, and fluid distribution applications where a compact, corrosion-resistant shut-off is needed. The push-to-connect end simplifies installation in tubing runs without the need for additional fittings or crimping tools. It is rated and certified for use in potable water systems, making it appropriate for point-of-use water filtration, reverse osmosis systems, and similar installations where NSF and FDA compliance is required.
Designed as a full-port manual shut-off valve for 1/4-inch pipe systems using MNPT connections and 3/8-inch OD push-to-connect tubing, typical in water treatment and filtration plumbing assemblies.
Install using standard NPT thread-sealing practices on the male threaded end; apply thread sealant tape or compound rated for potable water service and do not overtighten. On the push-to-connect end, ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and inserted fully before pressurizing the system. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the line before installation or service. This product is intended for installation by a licensed plumber or qualified mechanical technician in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes.
