The PARKER LFPP4VUC6 is a union connector bi-directional manual ball valve designed for push-to-connect plumbing and fluid control applications. Built with a polypropylene body and EPDM seals, it accepts 1/4 x 3/8 inch outside diameter tubing through push-to-connect ends on both sides. The full-port design minimizes flow restriction across the valve. Rated at 150 psi working pressure (WOG), it is suitable for water and general fluid service where a positive shutoff with easy disconnection is required. A wedge handle provides a clear open/closed indication and quick manual operation. Licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians are the primary installers of this fitting.
This valve is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and water treatment installations where bi-directional flow control and tool-free tube connection are priorities. The push-to-connect ends on both sides allow fast field installation without soldering or threading. Its NSF-51 and NSF-61 certifications make it appropriate for potable water systems and food-equipment water lines. California Proposition 65 compliance is noted for installations in that jurisdiction. It is commonly used in ice maker lines, reverse osmosis systems, refrigeration water supplies, and similar low-to-medium pressure water service applications.
Designed for use with 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch outside diameter tubing in push-to-connect plumbing configurations. Suitable for potable water, food equipment water supply, and general fluid service systems meeting NSF-51 and NSF-61 requirements.
This valve is typically installed by licensed plumbers or HVAC technicians in accordance with IPC and local plumbing codes. Before installation or removal, shut off the upstream water supply and relieve system pressure completely. Ensure tubing ends are cut square and deburred before inserting into the push-to-connect fittings to achieve a proper seal. Do not exceed the rated 150 psi working pressure or apply torque to the valve body during tube insertion.
