The PARKER LFPP4VME4 is a male elbow, bi-directional manual ball valve designed for 1/4 inch pipe systems. It features a full-port design with MNPT x Push-To-Connect end connections, allowing unrestricted flow and fast, tool-free tube connections on one end. The body is constructed from polypropylene with EPDM seals, making it well-suited for potable water and food-related fluid applications. A wedge-style handle provides a positive shutoff feel. Rated to 150 psi and 10 bar, this valve meets NSF-51, NSF-61, FDA, and California Proposition 65 requirements. Licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians install it in residential and light commercial water distribution and filtration systems.
This valve is used in applications where a compact elbow configuration is needed to change flow direction while also providing manual shutoff capability. The Push-To-Connect end simplifies installation in tight spaces and reduces the need for additional fittings. Its NSF-61 and NSF-51 certifications make it appropriate for potable water lines, RO systems, ice makers, water treatment equipment, and similar plumbing assemblies where material compliance is required.
Designed as an OEM-style or retrofit replacement valve for 1/4 inch MNPT x Push-To-Connect plumbing assemblies in residential and light commercial water treatment, filtration, and distribution systems where NSF compliance is required.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the IPC. Shut off the water supply and relieve system pressure completely before removing or installing any valve. Verify that the Push-To-Connect tube end is cut cleanly and squarely and inserted fully before pressurizing the system. Do not exceed the rated working pressure of 150 psi.
