The PARKER L2203P-8 is a brass female tee fitting designed for industrial and plumbing pipe systems. It features three 1/2-inch female National Pipe Taper Fuel (FNPTF) threaded ports, allowing a single inline connection to be split into two directional branches. The fitting is lead-free and rated to 1000 psi, making it suitable for high-pressure fluid service. Plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors install this type of fitting when routing potable water lines or branching supply lines in both commercial and residential systems. The all-brass construction provides corrosion resistance and long service life in wet environments.
The L2203P-8 is used in potable water piping applications where a branch takeoff is required from a straight pipe run. Its FNPTF connection type accepts standard tapered male NPT pipe threads, which are common across a wide range of pipe materials and system configurations. The fitting is well suited to residential water supply systems, light commercial plumbing rough-ins, and industrial fluid distribution where brass fittings are specified. Package quantity is one fitting per unit.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for 1/2-inch male NPT threaded pipe connections in potable water and general-purpose industrial fluid systems.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified pipefitters in accordance with applicable IPC or local plumbing codes. Shut off and depressurize the supply line before removing any existing fittings. Apply thread sealant tape or paste rated for potable water service to all male threads before assembly. Do not overtighten threaded connections, as brass fittings can crack under excessive torque.
