The PARKER KP61680 is a 90-degree elbow swivel fitting designed for high-pressure hydraulic hose assemblies. Rated to 6,000 psi maximum working pressure, it provides a reliable rotational connection point that allows hose positioning without twisting the hose body. Constructed from steel with a male NPTF threaded end, this fitting is part of the Parker Series 2107 line. It accepts a 3/8 inch hose diameter and uses a 3/8-18 thread size. Licensed HVAC techs, plumbers, and hydraulic system technicians working on mobile or industrial hydraulic circuits rely on this fitting type to reduce installation stress and maintain seal integrity at the hose-to-port junction.
This swivel fitting is suited for mobile hydraulic equipment, industrial machinery, and fluid power circuits where fixed fittings would cause hose strain or misalignment. The 90-degree elbow geometry is commonly specified in tight-clearance installations where routing a straight fitting is not practical. The male NPTF thread provides a dry-seal connection to mating female NPTF or NPT ports. This part is sold in package quantities of four, making it appropriate for multi-circuit maintenance kits or service vehicle stock.
Designed for use with 3/8 inch hydraulic hose assemblies requiring a 3/8-18 male NPTF threaded port connection in high-pressure fluid power systems up to 6,000 psi.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or pipefitter. Depressurize and bleed down the hydraulic circuit completely before removing or installing any fittings. NPTF threads rely on thread-form interference for sealing — inspect threads for damage before assembly and follow applicable industry torque guidelines for the fitting size and material. Do not exceed the 6,000 psi rated working pressure of this fitting in service.
