The PARKER KP46766 is a female Seal-Lok swivel short fitting designed for hydraulic hose assemblies in high-pressure fluid power systems. Built from steel with a straight shape and threaded connection type, this fitting accepts hoses with a 0.25 inch inside diameter (hose size 4) and uses a 1/2 inch thread size. At 2.26 inches overall length, it is configured as a short-body fitting suited for tight-clearance installations. It is installed by hydraulic system technicians and fluid power mechanics in both mobile and industrial hydraulic applications.
This fitting is used in hydraulic hose assemblies where a Seal-Lok face-seal swivel termination is required at the female end. The short-body configuration is common in routing situations with limited space around cylinders, pumps, valves, and manifolds. It is used in both stationary industrial equipment and mobile machinery. The fitting ships in a package quantity of 2.
Designed for use with Parker 187 TC, 187 ST, 302, 304, 387 TC, 387 ST, 422, 424, 426, 436, 471TC, 471ST, 472TC, 482TC, 482ST, 487 TC, 487 ST, 722 TC, 722 ST, 787 TC, 787 ST, 797 TC, 797 ST, and 881 hoses. Part of Parker Series 43 Seal-Lok fittings.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician familiar with Seal-Lok face-seal fitting assembly procedures. Depressurize and isolate the hydraulic circuit completely before disconnecting or installing any fittings. Use appropriate flare wrenches or open-end wrenches sized to the fitting hex; avoid pipe wrenches that may damage the fitting body. Follow the system manufacturer and applicable industry standards for assembly torque and system pressure testing after installation.
