The PARKER KP23962 is a push-to-connect male run tee tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free connections in pneumatic and fluid transfer systems. Built from nylon construction, this fitting handles pressures up to 290 psi and accepts tubing with a 1/2 inch outside diameter. The male run tee configuration allows a branch outlet to be added mid-run without cutting or threading additional line sections. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and pneumatic system technicians install this type of fitting in both residential and light commercial applications where quick assembly and reliable sealing are priorities.
This fitting is suited for pneumatic tubing runs, compressed air distribution, and low-pressure fluid systems where nylon fittings meet material compatibility requirements. The push-to-connect mechanism eliminates the need for ferrules, compression nuts, or specialized tooling at the connection point, speeding up installation in tight spaces or multi-connection manifold runs. The NPT male thread on the run port integrates directly with standard threaded ports on valves, manifolds, and equipment. Sold in a package quantity of two units per order.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for pneumatic and fluid transfer systems using 1/2 inch OD tubing with NPT-threaded port connections.
Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any push-to-connect fittings. Verify that tubing OD is within the fitting manufacturer tolerance and that tubing ends are cut square and free of burrs before insertion. NPT male threads should be wrapped with thread seal tape or compatible thread sealant in accordance with applicable plumbing or pneumatic codes before assembly. Do not exceed the rated pressure of 290 psi in service.
