The PARKER KP17579 is a steel flared tube connector designed for high-pressure fluid and pneumatic line assemblies. It features a 37-degree flare seat and a Flare x NPTF end connection, joining a flared tube on one side to a National Pipe Taper Fuel thread on the other. The connector accepts a 1-1/4 inch tube OD with a 1-1/4-11-1/2 NPTF thread. It is rated to 3000 psi working pressure and handles continuous service temperatures up to 500 degrees F. This fitting meets ISO 8434-2, SAE 070102, and SAE J514 standards, making it suitable for demanding hydraulic and fluid power applications installed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and hydraulic technicians.
This connector is used in industrial hydraulic systems, high-pressure fluid lines, and fuel or pneumatic plumbing where a reliable flare-to-pipe transition is required.
