The PARKER H2E is a male NPT pneumatic hose coupling connector designed for industrial compressed-air and pneumatic fluid-transfer applications. Machined from steel with a zinc chromate finish, it features a 3/8-18 MNPT thread and a 3/8 inch body diameter. The connector measures 1.91 inches in overall length and carries a maximum working pressure rating of 300 psi. It follows the Industrial Interchange standard, making it a widely accepted fitting format across pneumatic tooling and equipment. Depressurize the pneumatic system completely before installing or removing any hose coupling. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the MNPT threads in accordance with the system manufacturer and applicable plumbing or pneumatic code requirements. Use a properly sized wrench on the 0.69 inch hex to tighten — do not use the hose or coupling body as a lever. After installation, pressure-test the connection and inspect for leaks before returning the system to service.
