The PARKER H2-63-T6 is a female straight thread nipple fitting designed for high-pressure hydraulic and fluid-handling systems. Built from steel with a threaded SAE ORB (O-Ring Boss) shaft type, this fitting handles a maximum working pressure of 5,000 psi and supports a maximum flow rate of 3.00 GPM (11.00 LPM). The hose end accepts 1/4-inch hose with a 9/16-18 thread size and delivers a straight connection geometry for clean, low-turbulence inline runs. Licensed hydraulic technicians and industrial maintenance professionals install this fitting across mobile equipment, industrial machinery, and process piping applications where leak-free, high-pressure connections are required.
This fitting is rated for use across a broad range of fluid and gas service applications including industrial hydraulic lines, mobile equipment circuits, food and chemical processing systems, gas lines, and water and coolant lines. The straight body profile and SAE ORB connection make it well suited for manifold ports and pump or valve bodies that use the O-ring face seal boss standard. The 1/4-inch hose size positions it in smaller-bore, high-pressure circuits where compact routing and reliable sealing are priorities.
Designed for use with food and chemical processing lines, gas lines, industrial hydraulic lines, mobile equipment circuits, and water and coolant lines. Compatible with 1/4-inch hose assemblies using 9/16-18 straight thread SAE ORB port connections. Part of the Parker Series 60 fitting family.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or millwright familiar with high-pressure fluid system assembly. Depressurize and lock out the hydraulic circuit completely before removing or installing any fitting. Inspect the O-ring seat on the mating port for nicks, corrosion, or debris before assembly, and ensure the O-ring is properly seated to achieve a leak-free connection. Follow applicable industry standards and equipment manufacturer torque guidance for SAE ORB fittings.
