The PARKER H2-63 is a straight female pipe rigid hydraulic hose fitting designed for high-pressure fluid and gas conveyance in demanding industrial and mobile equipment applications. Machined from steel with an NPTF threaded connection, this fitting provides a pressure-rated seal without requiring additional thread sealant in most installations. Rated to 5,000 psi maximum working pressure with a 1/4-inch hose size and 1/4-inch thread size, the H2-63 is a compact, single-piece rigid fitting suited to tight plumbing configurations. It is installed by licensed hydraulic system technicians, pipefitters, and qualified maintenance professionals working on industrial machinery and mobile equipment.
The H2-63 is engineered for use across a broad range of service lines including industrial hydraulic circuits, mobile equipment hydraulic systems, food and chemical processing lines, compressed gas lines, and water and coolant circuits. Its straight body geometry and NPTF thread form make it a direct-thread rigid termination point where a swivel fitting is not required or preferred. With a maximum flow rate of 3.00 GPM, it is sized appropriately for smaller-diameter hydraulic and process lines in Series 60 plumbing assemblies.
Designed for use with food and chemical processing lines, compressed gas systems, industrial hydraulic lines, mobile equipment hydraulic circuits, and water and coolant lines. Part of the Parker Series 60 hydraulic hose fitting family. UNSPSC Code: 40141734.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, hydraulic technician, or licensed mechanic. Depressurize and fully isolate the hydraulic or fluid system before disconnecting or installing any fittings. NPTF threads are designed to seal on the thread form itself; inspect threads for damage before installation and avoid cross-threading. Follow applicable industry and OEM torque and assembly guidelines for steel NPTF fittings at this pressure rating.
