The PARKER H0F is a steel pneumatic hose coupling connector designed for industrial compressed-air and pneumatic fluid-power systems. It features a 3/8-18 MNPT threaded connection and a 1/2-inch body diameter, with an industrial interchange coupling type that mates with standard industrial-interchange couplers widely used across manufacturing and maintenance environments. Rated to 300 psi maximum working pressure, the H0F is finished in zinc chromate for corrosion resistance. At 2.31 inches overall length and 0.69-inch hex size, it is sized for standard hand tools. Licensed HVAC and industrial technicians, pipefitters, and maintenance professionals install this fitting as part of pneumatic tool and equipment supply lines.
The H0F connector is suited for industrial applications where industrial-interchange quick-disconnect couplings are the shop or facility standard. It threads directly into pneumatic tool inlets, manifolds, hose assemblies, and compressor outlets using the 3/8-18 NPT thread standard. The zinc chromate finish provides resistance to the light moisture and contaminants common in compressed-air distribution systems. This fitting is appropriate for both light-duty shop air applications and more demanding production-floor pneumatic systems operating within the 300 psi rated pressure range.
Designed as an OEM-style connector for industrial-interchange pneumatic quick-disconnect systems using 3/8-18 NPT threaded connections and 1/2-inch body couplers.
Installation is performed by pipefitters or qualified maintenance technicians. Always depressurize and bleed the pneumatic line before removing or installing any fitting. Apply thread sealant tape or paste rated for compressed-air service to the MNPT threads before assembly. Tighten to snug-plus using an appropriately sized open-end or adjustable wrench on the 0.69-inch hex — do not over-torque steel NPT fittings into threaded ports.
