The PARKER gbw.un383434050w is a suction-line-only insulated lineset designed for unitary HVAC systems. It pairs a bare copper suction line tube with pre-applied foam insulation and a protective polyethylene outer jacket. The copper tubing runs 50 feet in length with a diameter range from 3/8 inch to 3/4 inch, and the white outer skin over black insulation makes it suitable for visible exterior runs. This lineset is rated for use with high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A. HVAC technicians install this component during new equipment commissioning or lineset replacement on split-system air conditioning and heat pump installations.
This lineset is intended for residential and light commercial unitary split-system applications. The 50-foot length accommodates most standard rooftop-to-air-handler or condenser-to-evaporator runs. The white polyethylene jacket is paintable, allowing technicians or contractors to match the lineset to exterior wall colors or building finishes. The foot markings printed along the insulation allow accurate measurement during initial refrigerant charge calculations and help minimize copper waste during trimming and fitting.
Designed as a suction-line-only insulated lineset replacement or new-installation component for residential and light commercial unitary split-system air conditioning and heat pump equipment using R-410A or other high-pressure refrigerants.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician following applicable local codes and EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling regulations. Disconnect and lock out power to the system before cutting or connecting any lineset. Seal the copper pipe ends completely when connecting to the AC unit to prevent water or other contaminants from entering the insulation. When installed in exposed exterior areas, apply a high-quality exterior paint over the white jacket for additional UV and weather protection; installation under plastic duct cover is also recommended where feasible.
