The PARKER gbw.un383434050b is a pre-insulated suction line lineset designed for unitary HVAC systems. It pairs a bare copper coil for the suction line with a pre-insulated liquid line in a single assembly, simplifying refrigerant line installation. The suction line measures 3/8 inch by 3/4 inch, and the total lineset runs 50 feet. The outer polyethylene jacket protects the closed-cell foam insulation from tearing during the pull-through and routing process. Licensed HVAC technicians install this product during new equipment commissioning or lineset replacement on split-system air conditioners and heat pumps.
This lineset is intended for residential and light commercial unitary split systems where a dedicated suction line with pre-applied insulation is required. It is rated for use with high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A applications. The insulation is UV resistant, having passed internal UV resistance testing for a minimum of three years, making it suitable for exposed exterior runs. It is also paintable, allowing the installer to match surrounding surfaces using a high-quality exterior paint when the lineset is installed in exposed areas.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation suction line lineset for residential and light commercial unitary split-system air conditioners and heat pumps using high-pressure refrigerants.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician following applicable mechanical codes. De-energize and recover refrigerant from the system before disconnecting any existing lines. Seal the extremity of the copper pipe completely when connecting to the AC unit to prevent water or other external agents from penetrating the insulation. Installation under plastic duct is recommended for additional protection in exposed exterior locations; do not leave insulation unsealed at termination points, as improper installation may void the warranty.
