The PARKER gbw.un383412050b is a pre-insulated suction line lineset designed for unitary HVAC systems. It pairs a bare copper coil for the liquid line with a factory-insulated suction line, reducing field prep time and improving system integrity. The suction line tubing ranges from 3/8 inch to 3/4 inch in diameter, the liquid line measures 1/2 inch, and the lineset runs 50 feet in total length. An outer polyethylene jacket protects the foam insulation from tearing during the pull and connection process. Foot markings are printed along the insulation at every foot, allowing technicians to verify line length accurately and minimize copper waste during initial system charge.
This lineset is suited for residential and light commercial split-system installations using unitary equipment. It is rated for use with high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A. The paintable outer jacket is available in black or white, making it adaptable for exposed exterior runs where aesthetics or code require a finished appearance. It is appropriate for rooftop, wall-chase, and exterior wall applications where a combined suction and liquid line run is needed in a single pre-insulated assembly.
Designed as an OEM-style suction line lineset for unitary split-system HVAC equipment using high-pressure refrigerants such as R-410A. Suitable for residential and light commercial applications requiring a 3/8 inch to 3/4 inch suction line and a 1/2 inch liquid line.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician following applicable mechanical codes. Power down and isolate the system fully before making line connections. The copper pipe ends should be completely sealed at the point of connection to the AC unit to prevent moisture or debris from entering the insulation. When installed in exposed exterior areas, apply a high-quality exterior-grade paint over the jacket for added UV and weather protection; installation under plastic duct is also recommended where feasible.
