The PARKER gbw.un383412030 is a suction-line-only insulated lineset designed for unitary HVAC systems. It pairs a bare copper coil for the suction line with a pre-insulated liquid line, delivering a ready-to-install solution that reduces field labor. The suction line insulation measures 1/2 inch wall thickness and the lineset runs 30 feet, covering standard residential split-system runs. The outer polyethylene jacket protects the foam insulation from tearing during pulling and routing. Foot markings are printed incrementally along the insulation to help technicians verify accurate initial refrigerant charge and minimize copper waste on the job site.
This lineset is suited for residential and light commercial split-system installations where unitary equipment is used. It is compatible with high-pressure refrigerant applications including R-410A systems. The white outer skin blends with typical exterior wall finishes and can be painted to match surrounding surfaces when installed in exposed areas. It is appropriate for installations in both interior and exterior runs, provided proper sealing and protection practices are followed per manufacturer guidelines.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and new-installation lineset for unitary split-system HVAC equipment requiring a suction-line-only insulated lineset configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician following applicable mechanical and refrigeration codes. Disconnect and lock out all power to the system before making any refrigerant line connections. Seal the cut ends of the copper pipe completely when connecting to the AC unit to prevent moisture or other contaminants from penetrating the insulation. Installation under plastic duct is recommended in exposed exterior areas for additional long-term protection; painting with a high-quality exterior paint is also advised when the lineset is left exposed.
