The PARKER gbw.un383412025b is a pre-insulated suction line lineset designed for unitary HVAC systems. It pairs a bare copper coil for the suction line with a pre-insulated liquid line, delivering a ready-to-install solution that reduces field prep time. The insulation is enclosed in a polyethylene outer jacket that resists tearing during installation and provides UV protection rated for a minimum of 3 years. Foot markings are printed incrementally along the insulation so technicians can verify line length accurately, supporting proper initial refrigerant charge and minimizing copper waste. Licensed HVAC technicians handling residential and light commercial split system installations are the primary users of this product.
This lineset is suited for unitary split system applications where the suction and liquid lines run together from the indoor air handler to the outdoor condensing unit. It is rated for use with high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A, making it applicable to current residential and light commercial cooling equipment. The insulation is paintable, which allows the exposed exterior sections to be color-matched to surrounding surfaces. Installation under plastic duct is also a supported option. Sealing the copper pipe ends completely when connecting to the AC unit is strongly recommended to prevent moisture or debris from entering the insulation.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and new-installation lineset for unitary residential and light commercial split system HVAC equipment using high-pressure refrigerants such as R-410A.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable mechanical codes. Disconnect and lock out power to both the indoor and outdoor units before connecting or disconnecting lineset components. Completely seal the copper pipe ends at the point of connection to the AC unit to prevent moisture or contaminants from entering the insulation. When installed in exposed exterior areas, applying a high-quality exterior paint over the insulation is recommended for additional UV and weather protection.
