The PARKER fn.lsin385812030 is a TwinGel preinsulated copper line set designed for refrigerant line installations in ductless mini-split, VRF, heat pump, and unitary HVAC systems. The suction and liquid lines are mechanically attached to each other, allowing for faster routing and a cleaner install. The suction line measures 5/8 inches in diameter and the liquid line measures 3/8 inches in diameter, with the full set running 30 feet in length. Flare nuts are included. The assembly is UL723 Classified (R39562, ASTM E84 25/50) and UV Performance Verified by UL for a minimum of 5 years of outdoor exposure resistance. Licensed HVAC technicians are the primary installers of this product.
This line set suits residential and light commercial refrigerant piping applications where the suction and liquid lines need to run together in a single, manageable assembly. Typical uses include ductless mini-split systems, VRF systems, heat pumps, and conventional unitary systems. The 3/8 x 5/8 inch size combination covers a common range of mini-split and heat pump tonnages. Foot markings are printed incrementally along the insulation to help technicians calculate accurate initial refrigerant charge and minimize copper waste during trimming. The set is compatible with high-pressure refrigerant applications including R-410A systems.
Designed for use in ductless mini-split, VRF, heat pump, and unitary refrigerant line set applications requiring a 3/8 inch liquid line and 5/8 inch suction line with a 30-foot run length.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable mechanical codes and the equipment manufacturer's instructions. De-energize the system and recover any refrigerant before disconnecting or replacing existing line sets. Use proper flare tooling to ensure leak-free connections at the flare nuts; do not overtighten fittings. Protect the line set from sharp bends or kinks during routing to maintain refrigerant flow and insulation integrity.
