The PARKER fn.lsin145812050 is a TwinGel preinsulated copper line set designed for refrigerant piping in ductless mini-split, VRF, heat pump, and unitary HVAC systems. The suction and liquid lines are mechanically joined together, reducing handling time and simplifying routing during installation. The liquid line measures 1/4 inch, the suction line measures 5/8 inch, and the insulation wall thickness is 1/2 inch. Total line set length is 50 feet. Both lines ship ready to connect, with flare nuts included. This line set is rated for high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A and is UL723 Classified under ASTM E84 with a 25/50 flame spread and smoke developed index rating.
This line set is suited for residential and light commercial applications where ductless mini-split, VRF, or heat pump systems are being installed or replaced. The 50-foot length covers most single-zone and multi-zone runs. The mechanically attached dual-line configuration keeps the suction and liquid lines aligned during installation, which is particularly useful in tight chases, overhead runs, or exterior wall routing where managing two separate lines would slow the job.
Designed for use with ductless mini-split, VRF, heat pump, and unitary systems requiring a 1/4-inch liquid line and 5/8-inch suction line with 1/2-inch insulation wall thickness.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician familiar with refrigerant piping and local mechanical codes. Shut down and lock out the system before making any line connections. Flare fittings must be made with the correct flare tool for the line diameter — inspect all flares before pressurizing the system. Do not exceed the bend radius of the copper tubing, and support the line set at intervals consistent with applicable mechanical code requirements.
