The PARKER fn.lsin143812030 is a TwinGel preinsulated copper line set combining suction and liquid lines mechanically bonded together in a single assembly. The configuration measures 1/4 inch liquid line and 3/8 inch suction line, enclosed in a white polyethylene outer jacket over foam insulation, and runs 30 feet in length. Flare nuts are included. The integrated twin-line design reduces handling time on the job site and eliminates the need to separately route and secure individual lines. The assembly is rated for high-pressure refrigerant applications including R-410A systems. Installed by HVAC technicians in residential and light commercial refrigerant line work.
This line set is suited for ductless mini-split systems, VRF systems, heat pumps, and unitary HVAC equipment requiring a 1/4 inch by 3/8 inch line set configuration at a 30-foot run. The 1/2 inch overall dimension reflects the combined insulated assembly profile. Foot markings are printed incrementally along the insulation to assist with accurate refrigerant charge calculations and to minimize copper waste during rough-in. The polyethylene outer jacket resists tearing during pull-through and bending on installation.
Designed for use in ductless mini-split, VRF, heat pump, and unitary HVAC systems requiring a 1/4 inch liquid line and 3/8 inch suction line combination. Suitable for applications using high-pressure refrigerants.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with applicable mechanical codes and the equipment manufacturer's instructions. Isolate and recover any refrigerant from the system before disconnecting existing line sets. Flare connections should be made using proper flare tooling to ensure leak-free joints at both ends. Do not kink or bend the line set below its minimum bend radius, and secure the assembly at intervals appropriate to the run length and local code requirements.
