The PARKER fn.lsin141212030 is a TwinGel preinsulated copper line set with a 30-foot length and a 1/4-inch liquid line paired with a 1/2-inch suction line, both enclosed in a 1/2-inch insulated jacket. The suction and liquid lines are mechanically attached to each other, reducing installation time and the risk of misrouting. Flare nuts are included. The outer jacket is white polyethylene, which protects the foam insulation from tearing during pull-through and routing. The insulation is UV-resistant, rated for a minimum of 5 years of UV exposure per UL Performance Verified testing. This line set is rated for high-pressure refrigerant applications including R-410A systems and is installed by HVAC technicians on residential and light-commercial refrigerant piping runs.
This line set is suited for ductless mini-split systems, VRF systems, heat pumps, and unitary systems requiring a 1/4-inch liquid line and 1/2-inch suction line over a 30-foot run. The incremental foot markings printed on the insulation allow the technician to track length accurately during installation, supporting precise initial refrigerant charge calculations and minimizing copper waste. The paintable outer jacket allows the line set to blend with wall or building surfaces after installation, making it appropriate for exposed routing in finished spaces.
Designed for use in ductless mini-split, VRF, heat pump, and unitary HVAC systems requiring a 1/4-inch liquid line and 1/2-inch suction line configuration with high-pressure refrigerant service.
Installation is performed by licensed HVAC technicians following applicable mechanical codes and refrigerant handling regulations. Shut off and lock out the HVAC system before connecting or disconnecting refrigerant lines. Flare connections must be made carefully to avoid over-torquing, which can damage the copper tubing or fittings. After installation, pressure-test the line set per the equipment manufacturer specifications before introducing refrigerant.
