The PARKER fn.lsin141212015 is a TwinGel preinsulated copper line set designed for refrigerant systems in residential and light commercial applications. It features a 1/4-inch liquid line and 1/2-inch suction line mechanically bonded together, shipped as a single 15-foot assembly with flare nuts included. The dual-line construction reduces installation time by eliminating the need to route and secure two separate lines. Foam insulation is covered by a white polyethylene outer jacket that resists tearing during the pull-through process. The assembly is rated for high-pressure refrigerants including R-410A and is UL723 Classified (ASTM E84 25/50 flame spread rating).
This line set is suited for ductless mini-split systems, VRF systems, heat pumps, and unitary cooling and heating equipment. The 15-foot length covers short lineset runs common in single-zone residential mini-split installations and rooftop unitary applications where the condenser is located close to the evaporator unit. Flare nuts are included, eliminating the need to source separate fittings before starting the job. Foot markings printed on the insulation at every foot allow technicians to track line length accurately during installation and calculate initial refrigerant charge without guesswork.
Designed for use with ductless mini-split systems, VRF systems, heat pumps, and unitary HVAC equipment where R-410A or other high-pressure refrigerants are specified.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician following applicable mechanical codes and EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling requirements. Disconnect and lock out power to all equipment before making refrigerant line connections. Flare connections must be made with a calibrated flaring tool to ensure leak-free joints at the rated operating pressure. Do not kink or over-bend the line set during routing, as deformation of the copper tubing can restrict refrigerant flow and affect system performance.
