The PARKER FB6TCB4 is a push-to-connect tube-to-barb connector designed for fluid and gas handling systems where a secure, tool-free connection is required between tubing runs. Built from Kynar (PVDF) with an FKM o-ring, this fitting handles pressures up to 250 psi and pulls a vacuum rating of 28 in-Hg, making it suitable for both pressure and light vacuum applications. The black Kynar body offers strong chemical resistance against aggressive media. This fitting is sized for 3/8 inch outside diameter tubing on the push-to-connect end and 3/8 inch inside diameter on the barb end, bridging two tubing types in a single compact body. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid-system installers work with this type of fitting regularly.
This connector is suited for residential and light commercial fluid system installations where Kynar-compatible media are present. Typical applications include chemical feed lines, water treatment systems, and instrumentation tubing where chemical resistance is a priority. The push-to-connect end simplifies field installation and reduces assembly time without sacrificing rated performance. The barb end accepts flexible tubing secured by a clamp or tie. Sold individually.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect tube-to-barb fitting for systems using 3/8 inch OD and 3/8 inch ID tubing with Kynar-compatible fluid media.
Shut off the fluid supply and depressurize the line fully before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Plumbers and fluid-system technicians should verify that tubing OD is within the manufacturer tolerance before insertion to ensure a proper seal. Secure the barb end with an appropriate clamp rated for the application pressure. Verify chemical compatibility between the Kynar body, FKM o-ring, and the specific media being conveyed before installation.
