The PARKER FB6MTS4-HBLK is a push-to-connect male swivel branch tee tube fitting designed for tube-to-pipe connections in fluid handling and pneumatic systems. Built from Kynar (PVDF) with a black finish, it accepts 3/8 inch OD tubing and connects to 1/4 inch NPTF male pipe threads. The FKM o-ring provides reliable sealing across a wide range of fluids and temperatures. Rated to 250 psi and capable of handling up to 28 in-Hg vacuum, this fitting suits demanding plumbing, chemical handling, and instrumentation applications. Installation requires no tools on the tube side — simply insert the tube to engage the collet mechanism for a secure, leak-resistant connection.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial fluid systems, pneumatic lines, and instrumentation tubing runs where a branch tee off a main line is required. The swivel feature on the male thread end allows final positioning without twisting the connected tubing, making it practical in tight or congested panel or equipment installations. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and instrumentation specialists are the typical installers. The Kynar construction makes it appropriate for mildly corrosive or chemically aggressive media where standard acetal or nylon fittings are not suitable.
Designed for use with 3/8 inch OD tubing and 1/4 inch NPTF male pipe thread ports in push-to-connect tube-to-pipe plumbing, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified instrumentation technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Thread the male NPTF end into the mating port using an appropriate thread sealant rated for the service fluid; hand-tighten, then apply wrench torque as appropriate for the port material without over-stressing plastic components. Insert tubing fully into the push-to-connect end until it seats against the internal stop — confirm engagement by applying light pull-out force before returning the system to service.
