The PARKER FB6MCVC4-HBLK05 is an inline check valve designed for push-to-connect tubing installations in fluid handling and gas distribution systems. It accepts 3/8 inch outside diameter tubing on both ends and allows flow in one direction only, preventing backflow without additional fittings or tools. The valve carries a maximum working pressure of 300 psi and a crack pressure of 0.50 psi, making it responsive to low-differential conditions. The fluorocarbon seal compound provides resistance to a broad range of media. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid system installers work with this valve in both light commercial and residential applications.
This check valve is suited for inline service on tubing runs where push-to-connect terminations are already in use. The black housing and compact form factor fit easily into tight mechanical spaces. It is rated from -17.80 degrees C up to 250 degrees F, covering most standard process and HVAC tubing environments. NSF/ANSI 51 and NSF/ANSI 61 certification makes it appropriate for potable water and food equipment contact applications where compliance is required.
Designed as an OEM-style inline check valve for push-to-connect tubing systems using 3/8 inch outside diameter tubing with 1/4 inch pipe size connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified fluid systems technician. Depressurize and drain the line fully before removing any existing fittings or inserting this valve. Confirm tubing outside diameter and end connection type match before seating the push-to-connect fittings. Observe applicable plumbing codes, including IPC requirements, for check valve placement and service access.
