The PARKER FAMS-412 is a compression tube male straight adapter designed for 1/4 inch outside diameter tubing. It provides a leak-resistant, straight-run connection between compression tubing and a male threaded port. The fitting is constructed from Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), two high-performance fluoropolymers that resist aggressive chemicals, high-purity media, and elevated operating temperatures. The plastic grip type simplifies hand-tightening during installation. Do not overtighten — follow the fitting manufacturer's recommended hand-tight-plus-turns procedure for compression fittings to avoid deforming the PFA or PTFE components.
