The PARKER CV-1-2266 is a 3/8 inch inline check valve constructed with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) body and PTFE spring. It is rated for 120 WOG (Water, Oil, Gas) service and allows flow in one direction only, preventing backflow in fluid and gas lines. The valve connects via PARGRIP fittings on both ends, making installation straightforward in systems where push-to-connect style connections are used. With a crack pressure range of 0.25 to 0.75 psi and a Cv rating of 0.980, this valve is suited for low-pressure applications where minimal resistance and reliable backflow prevention are required. This valve is designed for inline installation in fluid handling, pneumatic, and light gas distribution systems. The PTFE construction makes it chemically resistant and appropriate for use in systems carrying corrosive media, deionized water, or other fluids incompatible with metal-bodied valves. Verify the flow direction arrow on the valve body is oriented correctly with system flow before seating the PARGRIP connections. PTFE components should not be exposed to temperatures, pressures, or chemical media outside the rated limits.
