The PARKER C628-08FRLWJCWR is a heavy-duty, 3-piece filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) combination unit designed for compressed air preparation in industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Rated at 240 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi, it conditions incoming air by filtering particulates down to 40 microns, regulating downstream pressure to a stable set point, and delivering metered lubrication to downstream tools and actuators. The unit ships with a pressure gauge and features an automatic drain on the filter bowl. It is installed and serviced by industrial maintenance technicians and pipefitters working on pneumatic distribution systems.
This FRL unit is suited for high-flow pneumatic applications requiring a full 1 NPT port connection, including production lines, assembly stations, large pneumatic actuators, and air-powered machinery in manufacturing or processing facilities. The Series C628 design accommodates moderate temperature ranges, making it appropriate for indoor industrial environments. The included sight glass allows quick visual confirmation of lubricator oil level without disassembly, and the metal bowl with bowl guard provides durability in demanding shop environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation FRL unit for heavy-duty industrial compressed air systems requiring a 1 NPT connection and high-flow air preparation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or industrial maintenance technician familiar with compressed air system work. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line completely before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the FRL vertically with the bowl facing down to allow proper condensate drainage and lubricator function. Confirm all NPT threaded connections are sealed with thread sealant rated for compressed air service before restoring system pressure.
