The PARKER BVHP06NSS1N is a standard manual ball valve rated for high-pressure service in industrial and mechanical piping systems. Built with a carbon steel body and carbon steel trim, this valve handles working pressures up to 7250 psi (414 bar), making it suitable for demanding hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid-control applications. The lever handle provides a positive quarter-turn shutoff, giving the technician clear open and closed indication. Delrin seat and seal material offers solid chemical compatibility across a range of common process fluids. At 1.5 pounds, the valve is compact enough for tight installations without sacrificing structural integrity.
This ball valve is designed for use in high-pressure piping systems where a reliable, manually operated shutoff is required. The 3/8-inch FNPT x FNPT end connections thread directly into standard female NPT ports, eliminating the need for adapters in most common configurations. Typical applications include hydraulic power units, compressed-air manifolds, refrigeration and HVAC equipment skids, and industrial fluid-distribution headers. Licensed pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors are the primary installers in both commercial and light industrial settings.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation ball valve for 3/8-inch female NPT piping systems in high-pressure hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid-control applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed pipefitter or qualified mechanical technician in accordance with applicable codes, including ASME B31.1 or B31.3 as the system dictates. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing or installing any valve. Use thread sealant appropriate for the service fluid and pressure rating when making NPT connections. Do not exceed the rated working pressure of 7250 psi under any operating condition.
