The PARKER BVHN24-24F is a straight brass hydraulic hose valve fitting designed for use in industrial fluid power and mobile equipment systems. Rated to 350 psi maximum working pressure, it features a 1-1/2 inch NPT threaded connection and measures 3.11 inches in overall length. The brass body provides good corrosion resistance in water, coolant, and hydraulic oil service. It is installed by hydraulic system technicians and maintenance professionals working on pressurized fluid lines in both stationary and mobile equipment applications. The Series H designation identifies it within a standardized Parker fitting line commonly stocked for field repair and new construction builds.
This fitting is suited for industrial hydraulic lines, mobile equipment fluid circuits, and water and coolant lines where a threaded, straight-body valve fitting is required. Its NPT thread form is compatible with standard pipe thread ports and fittings found throughout North American hydraulic and fluid handling systems. The operating temperature range of -35 degrees F to 250 degrees F covers most hydraulic and coolant service environments encountered in industrial and off-highway mobile equipment applications.
Designed for use with industrial hydraulic lines, mobile equipment fluid circuits, and water and coolant lines requiring a 1-1/2 inch NPT straight hose valve fitting rated to 350 psi.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or pipefitter familiar with pressurized fluid system safety practices. Depressurize and drain the hydraulic or fluid circuit fully before removing or installing any fitting. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the service fluid when making NPT connections, and tighten to the fitting manufacturer's specified engagement without over-torquing brass fittings. Verify system pressure does not exceed the 350 psi rating of this fitting after returning the system to service.
