The PARKER BVHC12-12M is a straight male pipe thread (MPT) hydraulic hose fitting designed for connecting hose assemblies in high-pressure fluid systems. Built from solid brass with an NPT threaded connection, this fitting handles working pressures up to 2,000 psi. The straight body profile measures 2.88 inches in overall length with a 3/4 inch hose size and 3/4 inch thread size, making it a direct-connect solution for standard 3/4 inch hydraulic hose ends. Licensed plumbers, hydraulic technicians, and mobile equipment mechanics install this fitting type as a terminal or inline connection point.
This fitting is rated for use on industrial hydraulic lines, mobile equipment fluid circuits, and water and coolant lines. The NPT thread form provides a tapered seal that is widely used in North American hydraulic and fluid-power plumbing. It is suited for both shop-built hose assemblies and field repairs on mobile equipment where a reliable threaded end connection is required. The brass construction offers compatibility with a range of hydraulic fluids and coolants where ferrous fittings are not preferred.
Designed for use with industrial hydraulic lines, mobile equipment fluid systems, and water and coolant lines requiring a 3/4 inch NPT male pipe thread fitting rated to 2,000 psi.
Shut down the hydraulic system and relieve all line pressure before removing or installing fittings. NPT threads require thread sealant tape or pipe compound applied to the male threads — do not apply sealant to the first two threads to prevent contamination of the fluid circuit. Hand-tighten the fitting first, then wrench-tighten to achieve a leak-free seal; avoid over-tightening brass fittings, as the material can crack under excessive torque. Installation should comply with applicable fluid-power and plumbing codes and be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or licensed plumber.
