The PARKER BD11204ABLK1001 is a black nylon tubing coil designed for pneumatic and fluid-transfer applications where flexibility, pressure resistance, and chemical compatibility are required. It has an outside diameter of 0.25 inches and an inside diameter of 0.17 inches, with a 100-foot standard coil length. Rated for a maximum working pressure of 1,200 psi and a temperature range of -65 degrees F to 250 degrees F, this tube handles demanding service conditions in both mobile and stationary systems. It is installed by licensed plumbing, HVAC, and fluid-systems technicians working on brake lines and related fluid-circuit assemblies.
This tubing is approved for use with brake fluid and is commonly routed in vehicular and industrial brake-line systems. The 100-foot coil length allows technicians to cut custom lengths on the job, reducing waste and simplifying routing through tight spaces. Its black color indicates UV-stabilized nylon construction suited for both exposed and concealed runs. Applications include OEM brake-line fabrication and field replacement work where DOT-compliant tubing is required.
Approved for use with brake fluid per DOT 49CFR571.106 and SAE J844. Designed as a field-cut replacement or fabrication tubing for systems requiring 1/4-inch OD nylon brake line.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with DOT brake-system requirements and applicable vehicle or equipment service procedures. Depressurize and isolate the fluid circuit completely before cutting or connecting tubing. Use proper nylon tube cutters and compatible compression or push-to-connect fittings rated for the system pressure and fluid type. Avoid routing near sharp edges or heat sources that exceed the 250 degrees F maximum temperature rating.
