The PARKER BD-MV608-2-1 is a miniature manual ball valve designed for precise flow control in compressed air, gas, and fluid systems. Built with a brass body and reinforced Teflon seat, it handles working pressures up to 450 psi across a wide temperature range of -65 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The wedge-style handle delivers positive open and close operation in tight installation spaces. This valve is sold individually and is suited for plumbing, pneumatic, and instrumentation applications where a compact, reliable shutoff is required at a 1/8 inch NPT connection point.
This valve fits residential and light commercial systems where a 1/8 inch male x female inline shutoff or isolation point is needed. Typical installations include instrumentation tubing runs, pneumatic control lines, HVAC refrigerant gauge ports, compressed air branch lines, and plumbing service connections. The compact form factor makes it well suited for panel-mount or inline installation where standard full-size ball valves will not fit. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and instrumentation technicians are the primary installers of this type of valve.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or addition for systems requiring a miniature 1/8 inch NPT inline manual shutoff valve in brass with reinforced Teflon seating.
Installation of this valve should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified HVAC or instrumentation technician in accordance with applicable local codes. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing any existing valve or fitting. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to male threads per the system fluid compatibility requirements. Do not exceed the 450 psi rated working pressure or the 200 degrees F maximum temperature limit during operation.
