The PARKER BD-32 CTX-S-1 is a steel 90-degree flared tube elbow fitting designed for high-pressure hydraulic and fluid system plumbing. It connects a 37-degree flared tube end to a female NPTF port, redirecting flow at a right angle. With a 2-inch tube outside diameter and a maximum working pressure of 2000 psi, this fitting is built for demanding industrial and mechanical applications. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and hydraulic system technicians install this type of fitting where rigid tubing must change direction without sacrificing pressure integrity. The steel construction supports operating temperatures up to 500 degrees F.
This fitting is suited for high-pressure fluid lines in industrial equipment, hydraulic power units, and heavy mechanical systems requiring a 90-degree directional change. The 37-degree flare seating angle and NPTF thread end provide a leak-resistant connection on both sides of the joint. It is typically found in stationary equipment installations where tube routing constraints demand a compact, right-angle transition from a flared tube to a threaded port. Sold individually with a minimum order quantity of one.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for hydraulic and fluid systems using 2-inch OD 37-degree flared tubing with NPTF-threaded port connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or hydraulic system technician. Depressurize and fully drain the fluid system before removing or installing any fittings. The NPTF thread end is designed for dry-seal engagement and should be inspected for thread damage before assembly. Torque to the system designer or equipment manufacturer specification; do not overtighten, as steel flare seats can deform and leak if overloaded.
