With a 1/4 inch NPT port and an aluminum body fitted with a Buna-N seal, this valve is built for reliable, repeatable shutoff service. It operates within a working pressure range of 20 to 145 psi and carries a flow coefficient (Cv) of 1.4, making it suited for moderate-flow applications where precise on/off control is required. This valve fits residential and light commercial applications where a compact, normally closed solenoid valve is needed in a 1/4 inch NPT line. Isolate and depressurize the line completely before beginning any work, and verify system pressure falls within the 20 to 145 psi operating range before returning to service. Do not exceed the 120 degrees F maximum temperature rating. Because the solenoid coil ships separately, confirm coil voltage and electrical compatibility before energizing the valve.
