The PARKER B562BCNXXC is a double solenoid, 3-position directional control valve designed for pneumatic systems requiring precise flow control with a center exhaust open unactuated state. Built with an aluminum body and Buna-N seals, this valveless-coil design operates within a working pressure range of 30 to 145 psi and handles process temperatures up to 120 degrees F. The 3/8 inch port size and a Cv factor of 1.4 make it well suited for mid-range pneumatic actuator and cylinder applications. Solenoid coils are not included and must be sourced separately. Licensed HVAC, pneumatic, and industrial automation technicians are the primary installers of this valve.
This valve is commonly used in industrial pneumatic circuits controlling double-acting cylinders or actuators where the center exhaust open position is required to vent both actuator ports when the valve is de-energized. The 3-position configuration allows full extend, full retract, and a center condition that exhausts load pressure from both working ports, making it appropriate for applications that require a floating or pressure-relief state at rest. It is suited for light commercial and industrial installations where compressed air systems operate at standard shop pressures.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation directional control valve for pneumatic systems requiring a 3/8 inch ported, 3-position double solenoid valve with center exhaust open function and valveless coil mounting.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or industrial maintenance technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before removing or installing any valve in the circuit. Verify that the solenoid coils selected match the control voltage of the system before energizing. Follow applicable OSHA lockout/tagout procedures and local mechanical codes when servicing pneumatic control circuits.
