Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation coupler for Industrial Interchange Series 20 pneumatic quick-disconnect systems accepting a 1/4 inch body coupler with a 3/8 inch ID hose barb connection.
Installation is performed by a qualified technician or pipefitter. Before servicing any pneumatic line, depressurize the system completely and bleed residual air pressure from the circuit. Slide the hose barb end fully into the 3/8 inch ID hose and secure with an appropriate hose clamp rated for the working pressure. Use the 0.75 inch hex on the coupler body for wrench tightening; do not over-tighten or apply torque beyond what is needed to seat the fitting.
