The PARKER A8MRS4-MG is a push-to-connect male swivel run tee tube fitting designed for tube-to-pipe connections in pneumatic and fluid distribution systems. Manufactured from polyoxymethylene (POM), a rigid engineering thermoplastic, this fitting accepts 1/2-inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect ports and transitions to a 1/4-inch NPTF male swivel thread on the branch outlet. It is rated to 250 psi and is finished in gray. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial pipe fitters use this style of fitting to branch a tube run while maintaining a threaded connection to a port or manifold without rotating the tubing assembly.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial pneumatic control lines, compressed air distribution, and fluid transfer applications where push-to-connect convenience and a swivel male thread are needed at the branch point. The swivel design allows the threaded end to rotate during installation, reducing stress on the tubing and making alignment to a fixed port straightforward in tight or pre-assembled installations.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect fitting for systems using 1/2-inch OD tubing and 1/4-inch NPTF male threaded ports in pneumatic control, compressed air, and low-pressure fluid distribution applications.
Installation is performed by trade professionals including HVAC technicians and plumbers working on pneumatic control or fluid distribution lines. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Seat tubing fully into the push-to-connect port by inserting it straight until it bottoms out, and confirm seating by giving a light pull-back. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the NPTF threads per the applicable piping code before making up the threaded connection.
