The PARKER A6TEB6 is a push-to-connect tube elbow barb connector designed for use in fluid and air handling systems. It provides a 90-degree directional change in tubing runs without requiring tools for tube insertion. The body is molded from polyoxymethylene (POM), a rigid acetal thermoplastic well suited to moderate-pressure pneumatic and fluid applications. The O-ring seal is EPDM, compatible with water, steam, and many mild chemicals. Rated to 300 psi, this fitting handles the working pressures typical in light industrial, HVAC controls, and plumbing instrument lines. It accepts 3/8 inch OD tubing and ships individually.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial applications where tubing must change direction at a junction point. Typical uses include instrument tubing runs, pneumatic control lines, water treatment equipment, and HVAC condensate or sensing line assemblies. It is installed by plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance trades. The push-to-connect design allows fast, repeatable connections in tight spaces where wrench access is limited. The gray POM body resists corrosion and is lightweight at 0.05 pounds per fitting.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect replacement or new-installation fitting for systems using 3/8 inch OD tubing in pneumatic, fluid control, and light plumbing applications.
This fitting is typically installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or industrial maintenance technicians. Before servicing any connected line, depressurize the system completely and verify pressure is at zero before inserting or removing tubing. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely with no burrs to seat the push-to-connect collet properly. Consult applicable codes such as the IPC or IFGC for piping system requirements in your jurisdiction.
