The PARKER A6MTS2-MG is a push-to-connect male swivel branch tee tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free pneumatic and fluid line connections. Constructed from polyoxymethylene (POM), this fitting accepts 3/8 inch outside diameter tubing and features a 1/8 inch NPTF male swivel thread on the branch port. The swivel design allows the threaded port to rotate during installation, eliminating tube stress and simplifying alignment in tight assemblies. At a rated pressure of 300 psi, it is suited for compressed air, low-pressure pneumatics, and compatible fluid distribution systems. EPDM o-rings provide a reliable seal across the connection points. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pneumatic system installers work with this class of fitting regularly.
This fitting is used in residential and light commercial pneumatic and fluid control systems where a branch tee connection is needed off a main tube run. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing or installing any tube fitting. Verify that tubing OD matches the fitting size exactly before inserting — mismatched tubing will not seat or seal correctly. Thread the male swivel branch port into the receiving port by hand first, then tighten to snug engagement following applicable system or equipment guidelines; avoid over-torquing POM-bodied fittings. Tubing insertion depth should be confirmed by pushing tube fully until it bottoms, then giving a slight pull-back check to verify the collet has gripped.
