The PARKER A6MRS4-MG is a push-to-connect male swivel run tee tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free connections in pneumatic and fluid transfer lines. Constructed from polyoxymethylene (POM), a rigid engineering-grade thermoplastic, it delivers a rated working pressure of 300 psi. The run tee configuration allows a branch takeoff while maintaining inline flow, and the male swivel end provides rotational adjustment during assembly to reduce line stress. This fitting accepts 3/8 inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect ports and threads into a 1/4 inch NPTF port. It is commonly installed by HVAC technicians, plumbers, and pneumatic system technicians working on compressed air, instrumentation, or light fluid distribution systems.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial applications where push-to-connect convenience is required at a threaded panel, manifold, or valve port. Typical scenarios include compressed air distribution panels, pneumatic control circuits, and HVAC equipment with low-pressure pneumatic actuators. The gray POM body resists common lubricants and mild chemicals, making it appropriate for both dry and lightly lubricated air service. Its compact form factor fits well in tight equipment enclosures where wrench clearance for traditional compression fittings is limited.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect replacement or new-installation fitting for systems using 3/8 inch OD tubing and 1/4 inch NPTF threaded ports in pneumatic or light fluid distribution applications.
Installation is performed by HVAC technicians, pneumatic system technicians, or plumbers. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing or installing any fitting. Thread the NPTF male end into the receiving port by hand first, then tighten to avoid cross-threading; NPTF threads are self-sealing by design but apply thread sealant per shop practice if required by local codes. Insert tubing fully into the push-to-connect collet until it seats, and verify retention with a gentle pull before repressurizing the system.
